Born the 21st of march 1936 in Shizuoka, Japon, Hiroo Mochizuki is the son of Minoru Mochizuki, direct student of Jigoro Kano & Morihei Ueshiba. Mochizuki's son, judoka & aïkidoka, teached oll these disciplines in France & was the first expert in karate. He's today highest ranking with his 10e dan.

Based on a very strong knowledge in martial art, he founded at the end of 60's the yoseikan budo & created the the french federation in 1975. Professor national graded, medallist by french ministry of sport, he's an international expert for the FFKDA (French Karate Federation & Associated Disciplines).

Master Hiroo Mochizuki is actually : 10th dan karate, 8th dan aïkido, 8th dan jujutsu, 7th dan iaïdo, 3rd dan judo. He's a real legend of martial arts.
